We also honor a 5% savings for treatment paid in full with cash or check. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will work with you to maximize your insurance benefits for covered services. Please remember that you are responsible for any copays or deductibles required by your insurance company at the time of treatment. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan.
Most insurance companies will respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. We will send you a monthly statement. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
